Mediation Services
At the start of his legal career, Clarke clerked for a federal trial court judge, where he worked every case from a neutral position. At times throughout his career, Clarke has had both a plaintiff-heavy practice and a defense-heavy practice. Since 2019, Clarke has been a solo practitioner, where he has handled all types of civil cases. Through his blended practice and time as a law clerk, Clarke is able to view a case from any perspective. Though outside a litigation context, there is no setting where Clarke makes use of mediation training more prevalently than in his service in the Arkansas legislature. All this experience led Clarke to become a certified mediator in 2020, and he is certified in all civil, domestic, and probate matters.
Clarke loves mediating cases. He finds it rewarding to work diligently and creatively for parties in dispute and bring them toward resolution. Clarke has mediated a large variety of cases of varying size and complexity. Clarke has settled cases that have previously failed at mediation and taken on cases with as many as ten parties. He has resolved cases in as little as an hour and stayed with mediations that took multiple days. He would love an opportunity to mediate your case or dispute.
