Clarke is passionate about putting his clients in position to reach the best resolution possible, and he is both diligent and creative in helping them determine what that might be. Clarke is also committed to providing high-quality representation in an efficient, economical manner. Since starting private practice in 2008, Clarke’s primary area of practice has been litigation. Clarke has litigated numerous cases from inception through verdict to appeal. He specializes in complex briefs and motion practice, at both the trial and appellate levels. Since being in solo practice, Clarke has handled numerous appeals for trial counsel. He has also helped clients start businesses and remained with them as an advisor and strategist. Clarke helps clients in many areas, including:
